Returns

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via our Contact Form here or email us at [email protected]. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return and refund.

Return Shipping

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a traceable postage method for any returns. Eco Doggy accepts no responsibility for returns not received. Unfortunately, without the returned items, we are unable to issue an exchange or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
